Tower of Strength by Annette Lyon. Published by Covenant Communications, Inc.

Tabitha Hall Chadwick was married for all of about 2 months when her beloved husband was killed in a mining accident, leaving her pregnant and alone. Now, seven years later, she is moving home to Manti to run the local newspaper and raise her son near his grandparents. Though apprehensive about the move, she trusts that all will work out for the best. However, when she starts having problems with her new business, she's not sure that she made the right decision.

I seem to enjoy each Annette Lyon book better than the last. This one tells the story of building the Manti temple, (such a beautiful place), while covering a drama and romance in the same book. The author does an excellent job at tying everything together, and tells a compelling story as she goes. It teaches a great message about looking for the silver lining in all our clouds in life. It also testifies through this book, that God has a plan for each of us, even if we don't know what it is.
